The Board of Directors meet monthly. Meeting minutes are posted on this web site. The Board of Directors endeavors to hold an Open Agenda Meeting one Saturday each month at the Club House or via conference. The meeting is open to each member and the agenda includes a financial update and reports from the Road and Lake and Park Committee Chairs. This is followed by an open agenda discussion where members raise issues and concerns that they may have.
The Annual Meeting of the membership is held the first Saturday in October of each year.
Annual Road and Lake and Park Maintenance fees are billed in October preceding the start of the next budget year. Payments are due on January 1st each year. The Board of Directors approves a fiscal year Operating Budget and a Capital Improvement Budgets.

RHV Maintenance, Inc. is a West Virginia non-profit corporation formed in 2014. The owner(s) of each of 333 properties within Ritter’s Hidden Valley Estates, Cooper’s Run Estates, Dillon’s Mountain Estates, and White Cliff’s of Ritter’s Hidden Valley Estates were issued a Certificate of Membership in December 2014 which established them as the shareholders/owners of the corporation.
The two primary purpose of RHV Maintenance, Inc., as defined in the By-Laws, are:
to maintain two lakes and surrounding property in Ritter's Hidden Valley Estates, Cooper's Run Estates, White Cliffs of Ritter's Hidden Valley Estates and Dillon Mt. Estates, and
to maintain roads to members’ property, to the lakes, park and surrounding land and improvements for members and authorized guests. All dues shall be used to pay normal operating expenses of maintaining the lakes, improvements and roads, including paying sub-contractors hired to maintain the lakes and roads. RHV Maintenance, Inc. is also intended to promote fishing and preservation of natural wildlife within the development. RHV Maintenance, Inc. took over responsibility for the road and lake and park maintenance on January 1, 2015.
The fourteen (14) member Board of Directors is comprised of one director from each section of Ritter's Hidden Valley Estates:
· Sections 1 through 9 and Section 7A;
· 1 director for Cooper's Run Estates,
· 1 director for White Cliffs of Ritter's Hidden Valley Estates, Section I;
· 1 director for White Cliffs of Ritter's Hidden Valley Estates, Section II; and
· 1 director for Dillon's Mountain Estates.
Members elected the current Board of Directors in January of 2019. Directors were appointed in accordance with the By-Laws where no qualified candidate was nominated from a section. The officers elected by the Board of Directors are President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
