5. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, AND/OR BILLING ADDRESS CHANGES?
It is important the RHV Maintenance Inc. has the most current address and contact information for all property owners. We need this to send out notices in the mail for important activities such as the Annual Meeting and invoices for Maintenance Fees each year. Anytime your contact information (phone number, email, or billing address) changes you need to notify us as soon as possible. You can use the Contact Us form, send us an email, send us a letter or the US Postal Service change of address form, or call the message number.
6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A CONTRACT TO SELL MY PROPERTY; IT IS SOLD AT A TAX SALE; OR IT IS FORECLOSED?
It is imperative that you, your realtor, or your settlement attorney contacts the RHV Maintenance Inc. Treasurer at least 10 days prior to the closing date. We have numerous actions we must take including collecting your Certificate of Membership, working with you and your settlement attorney to resolve any unpaid maintenance fees, prepare maintenance contracts for the new owner, and prepare a new Certificate of Membership for the new owner. You can use the Contact Us form, send us an email, send us a letter, or call the message number.
