Road Maintenance

Any activity that causes material change to the condition of the roadway shall be subject to permitting, inspection, and remuneration for any damages caused. A permit fee of $25 shall be required for any new connection (such as, but not limited to, a driveway) or changes to an existing connection to any roadway maintained by RHVM, Inc. A drawing(s) and/or photograph(s) with details of the location, as well as measurements is required. If RHVM, Inc. determines that a culvert is required, the material cost of the culvert will be the responsibility of the property owner.  RHVM, Inc. will install the culvert at no additional cost.
